DSP Firmware Engineer

DSP Firmware Engineer | £60-70k | Oxford | Hybrid

My client is a global leader in the space industry, pioneering innovation.

After more than 100 successful missions, they are expanding their operations and seeking a talented Embedded Software Engineer to join their team.

Main duties:

• Develop and implement DSP algorithms for telecom and sensing applications.
  
  
• Design firmware and troubleshoot hardware/software for space missions.
  
  
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team on telecommunications payloads and sensors.
  
  
• Maintain and extend existing products, producing formal requirements as needed.
  
  Skills and Experience Required:
  
  
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar discipline with 5+ years of experience in signal processing design.
  
  
• Expertise with speeds of over 20Ghz
  
  
• Familiarity with 5G/LTE stacks
  
  
• Proficiency in low-level languages (C/C++, C#, Python)
