Are you a Site Setting out Engineer with Cleanwater experience in the construction industry?
 
I am currently exclusively working with a contractor who is successfully delivering work for the Southern Water framework.
 
They currently have a requirement for a Site Setting Out Engineer to join their team for upcoming development works attached to a Cleanwater treatment site in Aylesford.
 
The role will be primarily based from the Haywards Heath site, with occasional travel to other sites required when appropriate.
 
As a Site Setting Out Engineer you must be able to check plans, drawings and setting out co-ordinations, as well as support the Project Manager with day to day running of the site, including surveying and reporting progress.
 
Experience working with modern survey methods and devices, including global navigation satellite systems and data collectors, as well as the ability to process data from the field into the office using post-processing software such as AutoCAD, is essential to being successful in this position.
 
Key skills and experience:
·Setting out experience (including leveling and traversing)
·Experience working with modern survey methods and devices
·Cleanwater sector experience
·Taking accountability for and overseeing junior team members
·Excellent communication skills
·Full clean driving licence
 
This can be a fast-paced ever-changing environment, so candidates need to be able to adapt to change and prioritise workloads accordingly.
