Quality Engineer required by industry leading and growing company to join their team at their site near Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance with strict aerospace quality standards.

Main Duties - Quality Engineer

Ensure adherence to quality management system processes and procedures.
Lead investigations into non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
Perform final inspections and complete associated documentation.
Use structured problem-solving techniques (e.g. 8D, 5 Whys) to address quality issues.
Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance standards.
Drive continuous improvement across quality and production processes.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following: Quality Engineer

Previous experience in a similar Quality Engineering role, ideally within the aerospace or a regulated industry.
Familiarity with AS9100  quality standards and audit processes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Skilled in root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quality-related software tools.
Working knowledge of electronic and electrical testing principles.
Experience using precision measuring tools such as CMMs and verniers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
