Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Lincoln
Pay Range/Details: Competitive salary + commission scheme
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our client based in Lincon specialising in servicing, maintaining, and upgrading industrial gas and steam turbines working in the oil & gas industry, power generation, and other energy sectors

Key Responsibilities – Project Manager

• Manage and deliver projects from start to finish
• Be the main point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Oversee contracts, risk assessments, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Keep track of risks, costs, and key milestones
• Work closely with finance to monitor budgets and forecasts
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
Qualifications & Requirements – Project Manager
• Project Management qualification or relevant experience
• Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of contracts and risk management
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Project and other project management tools
• Full UK driving license

Desirable Skills – Project Manager

• Experience managing multiple projects in engineering or manufacturing
• Understanding of procurement and purchasing
• Familiarity with rotating machinery and auxiliary systems
• Experience in onshore/offshore installations
• Strong financial and budgeting knowledge
