A great opportunity has just become live with one of our Plymouth based clients, you will be responsible planning and coordinating NPI projects and installing a continuous improvement culture across the department.

The Role:

Plan, coordinate, and track NPI projects.
Work closely with other teams in order to develop and implement a capacity planning method for the NPI process.
Continually look for ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of relevant processes.
Establish a culture of transparency and continuous improvement within NPI process.
Working with the business to plan future requirements based on forecasted demand and analysis.
Daily and monthly monitoring and report of NPI process.
The Candidate:

Previous experience within a NPI / Project Management position.
Thorough knowledge of manufacturingwould be beneficial.
Previous experience within a High precision environment, such as Automotive, Aerospace or Motorsport.
Strong understanding of project management techniques and tools.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
Ability to lead a project from initiation through to delivery
Ability to use CAD software, preferably SolidWorks would be beneficial.
