This role will focus on innovating and improving repair processes, while also managing new product introduction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and supply chain, to ensure the seamless execution of engineering tasks from concept to deliver.

The Role

• This role reports directly into the engineering director, progression to engineering manager available
• Overseeing and developing product improvements
• Managing a team of 2 manufacturing engineers

The Person

• Team leader/supervisor experience
• Knowledge and experience of both NPI/NPD
• Any manufacturing background considered, previous experience in aerospace highly desirable
