We are March……… the UKs leading provider of critical engineering services. Our expertise as a multi-disciplinary engineering partner across infrastructure, process and digital services has led to long term partnerships with leading organisations in everything from food and drink and utilities to high-security industries such as defence, aerospace and nuclear.

As the Administrator you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to staff and management. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and organise external training for employees, including booking venues and arranging necessary materials.

Maintain training records and ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements.

Communicate training schedules and updates to employees and management.

Manage the ordering and distribution of employee uniforms for all employees

Support the Helpdesk team with administrative tasks as needed.

Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for employees.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Provide general administrative support for fleet operations, including responding to queries from drivers and other departments.

Skills and Experiences:

Proven experience in administrative roles.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
