As the expansion into the global market continues, your role will be critical in ensuring smooth administrative operations within the department and further enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Process inquiries, quotations, and sales orders efficiently

Collaborate with a global network of customers and distributors

Follow up on sales leads and maintain CRM database

Prepare order acknowledgements, shipping documents and invoices

Manage sales inbox and create insightful sales reports

Marketing Support:

Execute marketing campaigns and manage content updates for the website and social media

Coordinate marketing materials and enhance digital presence through SEO and email marketing

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities

If you are experienced in sales administration or marketing support and have strong organisational and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems and digital marketing tools then we would love to hear from you!
