Our client, an established Aerospace Manufacturer near Nottingham are looking for an experience TIG Welder to join their growing team. Working on machined components you will have a great eye for detail, experience working with stainless steel and proven ability of working to tight tolerances.

Job Description

Using your strong TIG Welding skills you will be welding components for the aerospace industry, ensuring the quality and precision
Recording non-conformances and strive to implement corrective action to reduce these
Take pride in your work, conducting inspections and ensuring quality is met before the part leaves your workstation.
Updating records on the MRP system

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Experience welding thin materials (less than 3mm)
Prior experience welding materials such as stainless steel and titanium
Familiar working within a highly regulated industry
Ability to understand and follow Engineering drawings, instructions and data cards
Confident at using measuring equipment and hand tools
