We are currently seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team on a permanent basis in Dunstable. This is a day shift role within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture and weld assemblies to aerospace standards

Work from engineering drawings and route cards

Maintain high quality and efficiency standards

Support process improvements and cost reduction initiatives

Adhere to company procedures, health & safety policies, and housekeeping standards

Requirements:

Ability to read engineering drawings and weld data cards

Experience with Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel

Skilled in using welding chambers (Glove Box) and turntables

Confident with measuring equipment

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable:

Aerospace industry experience

Operator verification approval

Qualifications:

Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent experience

Working Hours (Day Shift):
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am-3:45pm or 7:00am-4:45pm
