About the Role:
As a Sales Engineer, your mission will be to expand our customer base and boost sales. You will manage your own accounts, forge strong customer relationships, and ensure every order meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming sales calls.
Monitor and respond to customer email enquiries.
Provide support and solve customer queries and challenges.
Create quotes and process orders based on customer requirements.
Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Grow existing customer relationships.
Proactively seek out and convert new business opportunities. About You:
You thrive on customer interaction, guiding them from initial enquiry to delivery with efficiency and professionalism. You bring:

Experience in a similar sector.
Confident communication skills at all levels.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
CAD experience and ability to read technical drawings.
Understanding of metal specifications (desirable).
Strong maths and English skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). What's in it for You?
