The salary for this role is competitive and we offer 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

About the opportunity

The role will initially be an administration support role, working on the following:



Booking RFQs into the system.

*

Updating trackers.

*

Chasing supplier quotes.

*

Other ad-hoc administrative tasks.

The role will develop into a Sales Engineer role with duties that include:

*

Understanding customers’ engineering.

*

Breaking down bills of material.

*

Understanding how to read a drawing.

*

Understanding Hyde’s manufacturing capabilities.

*

Understanding different commodities and how we can offer a solution to each.

*

Able to manage quotations.

*

Communicate with customers and suppliers.

Must have GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or higher.
