Tasks

• Develop and maintain relationships with aerospace clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure product specifications meet standards.
• Conduct market research for new business opportunities.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demos.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring profitable growth.
• Travel up to 50% to visit clients and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in aerospace sales and engineering.
• At least 5 years leading a sales team.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Reside in the UK with a proven aerospace sales management background.
