    What does the role look like?
    As a Quality Clinic Technician, you will take ownership of the Banbury Quality Clinic, serving as the key interface between Quality, Operations Engineering/ME, and the Clinic. You will lead Quality Clinic activities in line with standard work, support investigations with site Quality Engineers-including reviewing triaged parts and determining product disposition-and monitor the resolution of customer and supplier issues, as well as key performance indicators (FPY, SRR, Turnback reduction).
    What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
  • Interface with internal teams on all Value Stream-related quality issues.
  • Ensure timely full containment of all quality-related issues.
  • Support robust RCCA to drive quality improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (e.g., AS9100, Customer requirements).
  • Conduct necessary SAP transactions for the disposition of non-conforming material.
  • Support the reduction of non-conformances within the Value Stream to prevent repeat occurrences.
  • Contribute to the Zero Defect Initiative across key products and processes.
    Essential skills:
  • Demonstrable experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems and quality requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
    Desirable skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP for quality-related transactions.
  • Experience with quality tools for problem identification and resolution, including measurement, analysis, or continuous improvement tools.
  • HNC (or equivalent) in a relevant field with basic Quality Management Systems experience.
  • Strong PC literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments, motivating and holding stakeholders accountable.
  • Commitment to delivering customer satisfaction and achieving 'Best in Class' results.
  • Ability to develop processes using the CORE continuous improvement framework.
