Mazco Recruitment is working on behalf of a long-established and highly regarded precision engineering company in Andover, specialising in the manufacture of complex components for the aerospace and aircraft sectors.

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join their quality team and ensure their products meet the highest industry and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in aerospace or precision engineering to play a key role in quality assurance within a world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Support all quality activities across the production lifecycle

*

Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

*

Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with AS9100 standards

*

Review and maintain quality documentation and procedures

*

Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters

*

Support first article inspection (FAIR) and final product release processes

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience in a Quality Engineering role within aerospace or precision engineering

*

Strong understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 standards

*

Familiarity with FAIRs, PPAP, and other quality assurance tools

*

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and documentation abilities
