This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division.

The Role:

This role is for an HR Analyst-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed.

You'll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

Process payroll related transactions
Process HR Administration related activities
Manage all aspects of the relationship with the external e-payslip provider

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

Payroll environment with focus on data input and handling payroll queries
Knowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions and other deductions
Computerised Payroll System - SAP preferableThe Benefits:
