£32,000 - £35,000 + Optional Overtime + Further Technical Training + Career Progression + Private Medical Insurance + Pool Van if required

Workshop based, Commutable from Radstock, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Bath, South Bristol, Wells and surrounding areas

Are you from any Mechanical background such as Assembly, Fitting, Service or Repair looking to step into a growing Hydraulic family run specialist that will invest in your career and technical expertise combined with the opportunity for optional overtime and a great team culture offering you a fantastic work life balance all whilst contributing to a growing and exciting mechanical specialist?

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to work for a family run specialist, where you will be invested in through technical training to become a product go-to expert, all whilst working as part of a close knit team and feeling truly valued for your contributions.

This company, established for over a decade supply into highly prestigious companies within F1, Aerospace and Power, such as RedBull, GKN and Tallis, they are a small but growing company now looking for a highly motivated fitter to progress their career.

This role will suit someone from a Mechanical background such as Assembly, Fitting, Service or Repair looking to step into a growing Hydraulic family run specialist that will invest in your career and technical expertise combined with the opportunity for optional overtime and a great team culture offering you a fantastic work life balance.

The Role:
*Working on bespoke Mechanical, Hydraulic systems once fully trained
*Workshop based, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with rare field travel
*Full Technical Training combined with exciting career progression
