  • Collaborate closely with Production and Engineering teams to ensure rigorous end-of-line inspection standards and proactive quality control measures.
  • Own and manage the Material Review Board (MRB) process, driving reductions in scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
  • Deliver effective root cause analysis, implementing robust corrective actions and driving data-led quality improvement plans.
  • Engage directly with key clients—including Airbus and Boeing—to support discussions around process improvements, manufacturing, and seat design, translating these into practical improvements for the Assembly team.
  • Drive supplier quality management (FAIR, NCM, RTV, CAR/8D), in collaboration with the Supply Chain team.
  • Build strong working relationships with customers and suppliers to strengthen trust in quality assurance processes.
  • Be a visible presence on the shop floor, driving customer focus and fast, effective problem resolution.

  • Mentor, train, and build succession capability within the Quality team.
Manufacturing Quality Manager required skills and experience:

  • Working knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, AS9145, and Part 21G standards.
  • Experience leading a Quality team within a manufacturing environment, with direct line management responsibility.
  • Proven experience in root cause analysis, article inspection, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with Lean tools, 8D problem-solving, and quality control techniques.
  • Highly confident communicator capable of influencing internal stakeholders and managing client-facing quality discussions.
  • Strong customer focus, with commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent planning, prioritisation, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
If you are a proactive Quality Manager with strong technical expertise, team leadership skills, and a passion for customer engagement in a high-performance aerospace setting, we want to hear from you.
