Are you an experienced Quality Manager with aerospace knowledge seeking a fresh challenge within a cutting-edge engineering environment? Based in Sheffield, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing business. The position is office-based, five days a week, and offers a collaborative environment committed to continuous improvement and excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily operations of the quality department across manufacturing activities.
Provide leadership and performance management to the quality team, including appraisals and development.
Act as the primary customer contact for all product quality matters, including FAIRs, PPAPs, and concessions.
Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformances and implement corrective actions to drive quality improvements.
Prepare and review quality KPIs, using data to inform performance improvement initiatives.
What Experience is Required

Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Strong knowledge of quality systems including ISO9001 and AS9100 standards.
Experience managing audits, leading teams, and implementing quality assurance processes.
Salary & Benefits

Up to £50,000 depending on experience

257 hours annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus birthday leave
Flexible holiday trading (buy/sell up to 5 days)

Location
Based in Sheffield, this role is easily commutable from Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, and Worksop.
