NEW QUALITY MANAGER JOB BASED IN HULL.

Our client baesd in Hull are recruiting for a Quality Manager to shape the quality and safety landscape of a high-performing, multi-site aerospace and defence manufacturer.

Responsibilities as a Quality Manager in Hull.

  • Lead and mentor the inspection and QEHS teams across the business unit.

  • Conduct and oversee internal audits and support external and supplier audits.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.

  • Manage non-conformances and root cause analysis using tools like 8D and 5 Whys.

  • Support and represent the business during external audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across all departments.

    Requirements as a Quality Manager in Hull.

  • HNC/HND or Degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline.

  • Significant experience in a QEHS leadership role within manufacturing.

  • Deep knowledge of QMS standards (AS9100, ISO14001, ISO45001).

  • Experience with internal and supplier audits, CAPAs, and regulatory compliance.
