Summary

SPS Technologies are working in partnership as they look to increase their team. Due to retirement of long-standing employees and a large aerospace contract, they need additional CNC machinists to join the team on a permanent basis.

The Job

Set up and run machines
Read and interpret engineering drawings
Ensure parts are manufactured in line with quality requirements but initial self-inspection will be your responsibility
Able to set & operate machinery
Any knowledge of forging & press machines would be advantageous but not essential
Confidence in performing self-inspection of parts using manual measuring equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
