MPI are looking for a Machine Operator with Horizontal Boring experience.

The candidate must have experience with general use of manual machine tools ( lathes/mills etc)

Aerospace experience preferred but not ideal.

Annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 based on experience.

Role Responsibilities will include:

• To operate boring machines to fine precision limits.
• Work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Read, interpret, and work from technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, OHM, CMM, and SOPM.
• Demonstrate knowledge of horizontal boring practices and the ability to measure using imperial units.
• Maintain accurate records, including the Practical Experience Record (PER) book.
• Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations and company policies
