Are you a Machine Operator or similar looking to join a stable and well-established manufacturing company who will invest in your training and skills with constant inhouse training?

In this role you will be a part of the production team, working to supply bespoke high-precision seals for the aerospace and defence industries. You will be operating the hot compression mould machine to create handcrafted bespoke rubber seals (full training will be provided). You will be given constant in-house training on both old and new products to continue the supply of high end precision products.

With nearly 20 years of experience, they supply seals for commercial and military worldwide, and also serve markets like renewable energy and industrial equipment. They hold AS9100 accreditations, and are committed to delivering reliable, high-performance products with a strong focus on quality and precision.

This would suit a Machine Operator from any background looking for a full time evening shift in a well-established and growing company at the forefront of aero manufacturing.

The Role:

Reading Instructions and attention to detail
Operating the hot compression moulding machine and production line
Working as part of a production team and reporting to line manager
Full training on hot compression machines
Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 10pm Friday 11:30am - 4pmThe Person:
