Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Compliance Auditor to drive excellence and ensure the highest standards across our operations.

    About the Role of Lead Compliance Auditor

    This is more than just auditing, this is about leading a culture of compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the business. You will be instrumental in driving our audit strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring risk-based methodologies.

  • Own the Internal Audit function, driving compliance, risk management, and procedural development.

  • Conduct audits and investigations (ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 14001, GS3001).

  • Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to Senior Management.

  • Mentor and coach team members and coordinate supplier assessments.

    What You'll Need as the Lead Compliance Auditor

  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Qualification (Essential)

  • Proven experience in Quality or Engineering environments

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

  • Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (IFS desirable)

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Bonus skills: AS9100 Lead Auditor, Security Clearance, Time-served apprenticeship
