We are looking for an experiencedCommercial Managerto play a key role in developing and executing a strategic commercialisation plan to penetrate theNon-Destructive Testing (NDT)market with cutting-edge3D NDT solutions.


AsCommercial Manager for NDT, you will leverage existing distribution networks, cultivate new relationships, and drive expansion efforts to promote innovative products and achieve market adoption. Taking a strategic approach, you will evaluate and prioritise key market opportunities—both geographically and by industry—to ensure widespread acceptance and growth.


About the Company

We are transforming radiology through the development offast-acquisition, low-flux, deployable Digital Tomosynthesis 3D X-raytechnology, with applications across multiple global markets.

Our NDT division is bringing this technology into the future ofnon-destructive evaluation (NDT)foraerospace composites, metal additive manufacturing, and the electronics supply chain. TraditionalComputed Tomography 3D X-raysolutions can be prohibitive due tohigh costs, weight, power demands, and slow speed. Our technology offers3D internal visualisation at the point of diagnostics, facilitatingDigital Twins and NDE4.0earlier in manufacturing and throughout product lifecycles.


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual educated to at leastdegree levelor with equivalent experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution– Lead the execution of the company’s NDT sales strategy, targeting key market segments to drive sustainable growth and revenue. Manage both direct and distributor-led sales channels.
  • Sales Channel Management– Establish, manage, and expand NDT sales channels, ensuring optimal market presence and revenue growth.
  • Market Opportunity Evaluation– Assess and prioritise geographic and industry segments to focus efforts on the most lucrative opportunities.
  • Network Expansion– Identify and establish new distribution networks while strengthening existing ones to maximise market reach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration– Work closely with leadership, marketing, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution.

  • Industry Relationships– Established customer and distributor connections within theNDT sector.
  • Digital NDT Experience– Experience withdigital NDT technologies, particularly X-ray,is highly preferred.
