Experienced CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator Required

Role Overview

An exciting position has arisen for an experienced CNC miller programmer setter operator to become part of their Engineering Services team. This role demands proficiency in programming using Siemens Shopmill 828D or Heidenhain directly from drawings using MDI. Responsibilities also include maintaining the machine's day-to-day housekeeping and conducting self-inspection.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in CNC machining.
  • Ability to program using Siemens Shopmill 828D or Heidenhain.
  • Competence in self-inspection and machine maintenance.
  • Immediate readiness to contribute without the need for extensive training.

    Working Hours and Conditions

  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • 37.5 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 7am-3.30pm, Friday 7am-12.30pm.
  • Competitive salary up to £38,000 per year.
  • Please note the location is within the ULEZ zone.
