Location: Mayfair, London
Salary £20.00 - £22.00 Per Hour

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our dynamic and growing team. You will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC mills to produce high-precision components for the luxury gun and rifle industry.

Key Responsibilities: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter

  • Programming, setting, and operating Heidenhain CNC milling machines

  • Working with tight tolerances and high-spec materials

  • Ensuring all parts meet strict quality and performance standards

  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings

  • Collaborating with engineers and quality inspectors to maintain precision and efficiency

  • Maintaining machines and ensuring a safe and clean working environment

    What We’re Looking For: CNC Miller, Programmer, Setter

  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator

  • Strong knowledge of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining

  • Familiarity with Heidenhain

  • Background in Motorsport, F1, Aerospace machining preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
