Based at their cutting-edge facility in Hertfordshire, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-led environment and takes pride in their craft.

    The Role:
  • Set and operate 5-axis DMG Mori CNC machines using Heidenhain controls.
  • Use heat shrink tooling to ensure exceptional precision and surface finish.
  • Work on high-tolerance, small-batch and bespoke components.
  • Deliver quality results on time and in line with technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team in a workshop that values detail, teamwork, and performance.
    What You'll Bring:
  • Proven experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines.
  • Confidence using Heidenhain controls.
  • Familiarity with heat shrink tooling and high-end finishing techniques.
  • A commitment to accuracy, quality, and clean working practices.
