  • Reports to: Sales Director
  • Location: Hybrid role - up to three days remote work. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance from key hubs. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.

    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various departments.
  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent customer service and support.
  • Cross-sell and introduce clients to the full range of company services.
  • Re-engage with lapsed clients and foster renewed partnerships.
  • Identify and connect with new business opportunities.
