Production Technician – Precision Assembly Farnborough £14/hr Temp-to-Perm

Are you known for your steady hands, sharp eye for detail, and love of intricate work?

We’re looking for a highly focused Production Technician to join a specialist manufacturing team working on complex, regulated products that demand the very highest standards of quality, accuracy, and care. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with exceptional manual dexterity, ideally gained in electronics, optics, jewellery, watchmaking, or similar.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Carrying out detailed assembly tasks using tools like tweezers and scalpels, often working under a microscope or magnifying glass

Following step-by-step assembly instructions with care and precision

Ensuring traceability and documentation is maintained at all times

Completing a hands-on trade test to demonstrate your fine assembly skills

Working as part of a skilled and supportive team in a cleanroom-like environment

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience with fine detail assembly in a regulated or high-spec industry (aerospace, medical, electronics, jewellery, etc.)

High level of manual dexterity and comfort with microscopic or magnified work

A methodical, patient approach and genuine pride in the quality of your work

Familiarity with traceability, compliance, and following detailed work instructions

Available for immediate or short-notice start

The Offer:

£14.00 per hour

Initially a 3-month temporary contract, with strong potential for a permanent role

Monday to Friday hours, no shifts

Training provided and a real chance to grow in a high-value niche
