Location: West Wight
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing (with potential to become permanent)
Hours: Full-time – Day Shifts - Flexi work around 37 hours per week

Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting for Production Assembly Operatives on behalf of a leading electronics manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a client with modern facilities and a strong focus on quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Precision assembly of small-scale electronic and mechanical components

Use of hand tools and basic testing equipment

Following detailed work instructions and build sheets

Conducting visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

Adhering to strict health & safety and cleanroom protocols

The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or electronics is desirable

Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

A reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and structured production environment
