    The Role as a Business Development Manager:
    You’ll take ownership of business development in the region, with the flexibility to focus on the sector that best suits your experience – be it Aerospace, Defence, Oil & Gas, Automotive or beyond. The focus is on character, drive and a genuine passion for engineering-led solutions.

    As a Business Development Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with key customers across the South East

  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities

  • Collaborating with internal technical and operational teams

  • Acting as a true ambassador for the group’s capabilities and values

    About you:

  • A proven track record in business development within engineering or manufacturing

  • Confident working with technical products and customers

  • Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and relationship-led

  • Based in the South East and happy to travel as needed
