Are you a Wiring Harness Technician with experience in automotive, motorsport or aerospace? Do you have hands-on knowledge of System 25 and a desire to step into a fast-paced manufacturing environment? If so, we want to hear from you.
 
This is your chance to join a specialist manufacturer of power distribution systems and electrical harnesses, working with a highly skilled team producing top-quality assemblies for leading sectors including motorsport, automotive and aerospace.
 
As a Wiring Harness Technician, you will be responsible for the build and testing of high and low-voltage harnesses, supporting the design and development of electrical systems.
 
Your responsibilities as a Wiring Harness Technician:

Manufacture complex wiring harnesses for motorsport and automotive applications.
Assemble low and high-voltage enclosures and electrical systems.
Perform end-of-line testing including continuity, isolation, and resistance checks.
Interpret and work from electrical schematics and manufacturing drawings.
Support in-house engineering and development projects as required.
Maintain high levels of dimensional accuracy and repeatability in builds.  
Your current experience which will help you as a Wiring Harness Technician:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in wiring harness manufacture for automotive, motorsport, or aerospace.
Proficient in wire wrapping/twisting and familiar with System 25 and moulded parts.
Ability to read and interpret detailed wiring schematics and harness drawings.
Knowledge of connector systems, sleeving, and automotive/motorsport wiring standards.
Experience with service loops and end-of-line testing systems (e.g. Cirris) is desirable.
