A leading aerospace manufacturer is seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee its warehouse operations based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team within a company renowned for its engineering excellence, supplying components to global aerospace customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including goods in/out, stock control, and material handling.

Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet KPIs, quality standards, and safety requirements.

*

Drive improvements in warehouse layout, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency.

*

Liaise with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless material flow across the business.

*

Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, aerospace quality standards (AS9100), and internal procedures.

*

Implement and maintain warehouse performance metrics and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, ideally within aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing.

*

Strong people management skills with a focus on team development and continuous improvement.

*

Solid understanding of inventory systems and warehouse best practices.

*

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

*

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.

*

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is advantageous
