Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our team on a secure nuclear site near Reading. This role requires precision, technical skill, and attention to safety. You will be responsible for executing high-quality TIG welding work to meet rigorous industry standards on various metals in a controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding tasks on complex metal structures and components, adhering to all safety and quality protocols.
  
• Follow technical specifications and diagrams to produce precise welds.
  
• Operate and maintain welding tools and machinery effectively.
  
• Complete necessary documentation and forms accurately and promptly.
  
• Work within the guidelines for operations in a high-security, nuclear environment.
  Required Qualifications & Skills:
  
• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, ideally in high-security or regulated environments (nuclear, military, aerospace, etc.).
  
• SC Clearance (Security Clearance) is strongly preferred.
  
• Proficient in TIG welding processes and techniques.
  
• Ability to interpret technical blueprints and welding instructions.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  
• British Passport holder (required for security clearance).
  
• Must be capable of filling out forms and documentation accurately and promptly.
  Additional Information:
  
• All applicants must hold a British Passport to meet site security requirements.
  
• Ideal candidates will already possess SC Clearance; however, candidates without SC clearance will be considered if they meet other qualifications.
