This is an excellent opportunity for a technically proficient service professional to take on a pivotal role in supporting secure communications.

Operating within a specialist technology organisation delivering advanced connectivity and satellite solutions, this role offers the chance to work closely with MoD stakeholders and internal engineering teams to ensure outstanding technical support and service management.

Reporting into the Senior Technical Services Manager, you will manage all UK government support cases, ensuring service performance and customer expectations are consistently met. The role involves coordinating internal teams, overseeing support case lifecycles, managing MoD escalations, and contributing to service planning and continuous improvement.

This role suits someone technically confident and detail oriented. You'll be proactive, structured in your approach to managing complex support cases, and able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and government clients. A background in defence communications and a desire to deliver first-class support in a mission-critical environment will set you apart.

The Role:

Manage UK Government support cases for CSCS4 to meet SLA/KPI targets
Coordinate with internal engineering and MoD teams for effective case resolution
Support planning of service visits and ensure correct technical and logistical execution
Contribute to support documentation and process improvements
The Person:

Background in technical communications, ideally with Royal Navy or MoD experience
Strong understanding of satellite communications and IT networking
DV clearance (or the ability to obtain it) is essential
Technical comms experience across COMSAT, MILSAT, MNE, electrical/electronic, IT networking equipment and satellite communication
