Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate impactful collaborations with a global network of distributors and agents to successfully execute marketing strategies and drive significant sales growth

    Provide timely, insightful technical support, becoming a trusted resource for agents and distributors

    Lead dynamic product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations, both online and on-site, to showcase our innovative solutions

    Serve as an ambassador at international trade fairs and industry events, promoting products and forging valuable connections with potential clients

    Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and aftersales teams to exceed customer expectations

    Utilise CRM tools to maintain precise records, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports

    Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring industry trends and refining our sales strategies

    Conduct customer visits to nurture relationships, follow up on inquiries, and convert opportunities into successful orders

    Partner with the Sales & Marketing Manager to create innovative strategies that enhance presence across all product lines

    Provide vital support for key team members during absences, ensuring seamless operations

    Requirements:- A strong educational background, ideally with an Engineering HND or equivalent, combined with a proven track record in engineering-related sales

    Demonstrated success in international technical sales, preferably within laboratory equipment or corrosion control sectors

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical information clearly for a varied audience

    Highly motivated and commercially astute, with a proven ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure

    Experience managing distribution networks across multiple international markets is a significant advantage

    Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP Business One or Sage 50 is beneficial but not mandatory

    A willingness to travel internationally and connect with clients worldwide

    Fluency in additional languages is a valuable asset, though not required

    A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive independently
