Copello are pleased to be partnered with a major Aerospace organisation close by to High Wycombe to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Project Manager will be joining an established team at the core of the business and leading the successful delivery for a portfolio of complex and exciting development projects. Working within planned quality, time and cost parameters to meet the specified requirements whilst supporting and motivating the Project Engineering team.
Key responsibilities will include;

  • To have proven experience delivering projects, programmes and experienced in providing leadership
  • Commercial astute and continuously looking for ways to implement improvements
  • To be the project interface for customers and ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters
  • Lead and motivate the internal project teams with both technical and commercial support
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues where necessary
  • Lead from the front and implement effective and open communication through the project teams both internally and externally
  • Take ownership of project planning efforts and identify resource requirements
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects in different phases in the lifecycle effectively
  • Accountable for the monthly financial reporting of projects and status reports
    To be considered the Project Manager will be a natural leader and excellent communicator. With a proven capability of delivering on time and within budget whilst developing team members and increasing efficiency and effectiveness. A background in Engineering is an advantage.
    It is an essential requirement for the Project Manager to be eligible for UKSC and UKEO security clearance.
    The position is based nearby to High Wycombe and will be on site at least 4 days per week with very attractive flexible working patterns.
