As a Senior Customer Account Representative, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement strategy, managing key accounts with a blend of operational precision and strategic insight. You will own the customer order book, ensuring flawless execution while driving initiatives that deepen client relationships and unlock new business opportunities. Main Duties

Lead strategic sales initiatives by proactively pursuing new bids and pricing opportunities, ensuring on-time delivery and identifying avenues for business growth.
own the customer order book, overseeing accurate sales order processing, purchase order review, and seamless transactions.
serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key clients, balancing day-to-day operational support with long-term strategic planning.
Ensure rigorous compliance across all customer transactions, collaborating closely with Export Trade and internal teams to uphold regulatory standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally to synchronize delivery schedules and manage customer expectations, driving excellence in service and operational performance.

Skills and Knowledge

Proven experience in customer service within manufacturing or engineering sectors, with a track record of managing challenging customer interactions.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, eager to learn and drive business growth aligned with company standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with SAP or Salesforce is a distinct advantage.
A proactive, solution-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces continuous development.
A dedicated professional to deliver exceptional business-to-business (B2B) customer service, providing tailored support and solutions to corporate clients.
