Commercially minded with a genuine motorsport interest? If this sounds like you, this could be the new job you never knew you wanted. This position will be reporting directly into senior management who are a very hard working and dedicated group, so someone who shares that approach will no doubt thrive in this company. Not looking for a sales person, this is ideally suited for someone at the start of their career and looking for a position where they can grow and develop.

The job;
This is a true account management role where you'll be managing the agent and distributor network of my client. Play a key part in developing accounts to increase the companies global presence and keeping customers happy. This is more about keeping the customers already on board happy, new business will be appreciated but isn't required. You will be representing my client at exhibitions and some travel around UK/Europe visiting customers will be required.

The company;
They have gone from strength to strength in recent years and with some recent key hires in the senior management team they are only heading for an even stronger future. Their product is in great demand globally and they dominate the market share in the Motorsport industry specifically. They do have a presence in the Aerospace, MOD and Marine industries, but have been careful not to take on too much as they are already at capacity with current head count. They have a specially kitted out workshop that you would be proud to show customers which is located conveniently just on the outskirts of Milton Keynes centre.

What's required;
Firstly, a desire to work hard and personally develop your skills.

Secondly, Motorsport/Automotive background would be desirable and having an understanding how these industries work If it is your interest then it will be a cool place for you to work as you'll be speaking with F1 teams to supercar manufacturers!

A high attention to detail and strong skills within customer service are crucial for this position, you will be the face of the company from an aftermarket perspective.
