The Role:

As a Senior Customer Account Representative, you will interact with a wide range of Aerospace clients and customers, supporting both operational and strategic needs. You will be responsible for managing the customer order book ensuring accurate sales order entry and reviewing purchase orders before executing buy or sell transactions with customers. You will be leading strategic operations for this impressive Aerospace company to improve client business relationships.

Responsibilities of the role:

You will be going out after bids and approaching from a pricing perspective, considering aspects like managing on time delivery, and finding new business deals
Manage the customer order book and process accurate sales orders, including the review and circulation of purchase orders before customer transactions
Act as a point of contact for clients and customers, providing support across both operational needs and strategic initiatives
Liaise with junior team members with order book strategy and lead in handling complex customer requirements, mainly in leading strategy plans
Ensure compliance in customer transactions, including generating pro forma invoices and managing trade compliance in collaboration with internal systems and the Export Trade Compliance team
Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate deliveries and maintain expectationsSkills required:

Previous experience in a customer service role and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
Previous manufacturing/engineering industry background is essential
IT literate with experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
A progressive individual who is looking to learn and develop under company standards and improving business relations
Familiarity with systems like SAP or Salesforce is a big bonus to have
