We’re looking for a Senior Composite Design Engineer to join a growing motorsport engineering start-up in West Sussex.

The company are opening a new satellite office near Chichester, to support ongoing demand, particularly from their long-standing clients in F1 and high-performance sectors.

They're looking for someone who can take ownership of design projects from concept through to delivery, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and sometimes customers directly.

Job Overview

  • Lead the design of composite and metallic components for top-tier motorsport clients (including all UK-based F1 teams)

  • Create complex 3D CAD models and detailed drawings using Catia V6/3DX

  • Contribute to tooling design and manage supplier relationships

  • Solve engineering challenges and support continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with a growing team and help shape the new office setup

  • Guide salary range £32,000 – 50,000pa, depending on experience.
