Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a contract catering site in Bolton, who are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie to join their catering team.

Our client is a Caterer who looks after the facilities on site at this Aerospace Company. As part of a large business, there is plenty of opportunity for future career progression!

Due to the nature of the business you must have been a UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.

You must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie in this contract catering site in Bolton HMP site, you will report to the Head Chef working with the teams regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

You will be working Monday to Friday (Apply online only) with a great team of Chefs preparing food for the dining facilities and hospitality events, alongside managing food service counter.
