I am currently hiring for a Senior Charter Sales Executive on a permanent basis. My client is a rapidly growing global private jet company with offices in London, New York, and Malaga. In just three years, they've experienced impressive growth, driven by a young, innovative, and ambitious team. Their sales division is highly client-focused, combining a results-driven mindset with a consistently positive approach. Since their founding in 2018, they've achieved over 70% annual growth. They work with top executives to world-class athletes, including Formula 1 drivers. Role: Senior Charter Sales Executive
Salary: Upon application
Location: Barcelona - Onsite

Responsibilities:

Proactively develop a business plan to increase our clients brand recognition within your assigned region.
Educate, guide, and support prospects and new clients on a daily basis.
Provide top-tier consulting in the Private Jet industry.
Introduce yourself and our client over the phone to build relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Use your Business Development experience and strong communication skills to engage with high-calibre, high-class customers.
Training & Knowledge Required:

Minimum 3 year of sales experience in private jet or luxury industry
My be confident in Cold calling with proven track record
Very strong communication skills and ability to persuade sophisticated and high-class clientele.
Solid portfolio of potential clients.
Well-spoken and well-mannered sales with experience in meeting, presenting, and pitching top notch products or services
Native French, German or Arabic speaker - Advantage
English - Full working proficiency
Master Degree required
Strategic prospecting
Strong problem-solving skills;
Ability to work under pressure with high motivation and a positive attitude
