Title: Training Centre/Access Support Administrator

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Remuneration: £16 - £17 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary (3 months, potential for extension)

Are you an organised and dynamic professional ready to make a difference? Our client is seeking a Training Centre/Access Support Administrator to join their vibrant Academy Team in London! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about customer care, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Satellite Hubs Management: Oversee updates for the 7 regional training hubs, managing course enrolments, cancellations, and changes.
Data Tracking: Accurately track daily data from Satellite Hubs and manage budgets for educational bookings.
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for course booking inquiries; manage queries efficiently via phone and email.
Event Support: Assist with key divisional events, ensuring smooth operations and meeting all requirements onsite.
Project Collaboration: Support Front of House activities, including checking in guests and setting up training rooms, while covering for team members as needed.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience/Skills:

Experience in a professional services environment, ideally in office management, operations, or customer service.
High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word.
Excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
A customer-centric approach and ability to thrive under pressure.

Working Pattern:
This is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a partly hybrid working model-1 day of remote work and 4 days in the office. The office is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from White City train station, making your commute a breeze!
