We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator with first class administration skills who is able to work closely with and provide support to our company directors and senior management team as well as providing additional administrative support to the Human Resources Team. As our Business Administrator, you will be able to work independently, be detail orientated, proactive and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

No two days will be the same and your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Arranging senior leaders’ board meetings
  • Organising employee briefings and events
  • Supporting with arranging travel and accommodation including overseas
  • Assisting the HR team with administrative tasks including booking training, monitoring the HR inbox, preparing data and reports for the monthly payroll, etc.
  • Managing the Company Cars and Salary sacrifice scheme

    Hours of Work

    Our working week totals 21 hours per week. Hours can be flexible and worked remotely for part of the week but will need to suit business requirements and within the normal working week.

    What you will need to bring to the show

  • Previous experience in a business admin role, and it would be great if you have knowledge of HR practices
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent Attention to detail
