  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif; background:yellow" lang="EN-US">10+ year of exp, having Financial Service cloud & understanding of the Insurance domain.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">This role is responsible for the management and development of salesforce, to ensure full utilization and tailoring of the platform to match and support business objectives, using agile techniques and strategies.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">This role will review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">This role will oversee the Salesforce team, will be adaptable and embrace change, as well as having a competent technical understanding so that you are able to support the team and platform.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">A vital part of the role will be training Salesforce users across the business and being the salesforce champion.

  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Consult and liaise with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Partner with key stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and time impacts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Provide expert support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Produce functional, technical and system design documentation .
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements, ensuring functional requirements are met.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality rollouts.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US"> Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Deliver effective training modules and user guides.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Interact with third party vendors and developers where appropriate.

<span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif; color:black" lang="EN-US">Competencies: -

  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201).
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com setup and configuration.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">5+ years business analyst experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">1-2 years project management experience preferable.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Excellent knowledge of the full SDLC .
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Proficient MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio user.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Extensive experience in data modelling, process mapping and specification documentation.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Experience facilitating workshops and discussion sessions.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining system processes and procedures.
  • <span style="font-family:"Segoe UI", sans-serif" lang="EN-US">Experience in creating business cases for technology-related solutions.



Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: • • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Redhat Linux on both a physical and virtual platform. • Experience with deploying, configuring and supporting Linux in a VMware environment • Experience with automation tools (Ansible) and patching using Redhat Satellite; • Providing multiple levels of support to help resolve incidents and problem resolution • Experienced in Problem tracking, Incident management etc , • Decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, monitoring live traffic on Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
