Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level with a business that's driving innovation across the UK's electronics and manufacturing sectors? A market-leading company is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inside Sales Executive to join their high-performing commercial team.

In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact between the business and its diverse customer base, handling inbound enquiries, generating leads, and delivering tailored solutions. You'll work closely with Business Development and Technical Managers to identify new opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and help grow relationships across a varied customer portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed and professionalism.
Provide technical and commercial support including quotes, compliance info, and pricing updates.
Use CRM tools to manage customer data, track pipeline progress, and ensure follow-up on all opportunities.
Drive proactive sales outreach via targeted campaigns and lead generation activities.
Support account growth by working with external Business Development Managers on "house" and strategic accounts.
Stay current on product trends, market movements, and competitor activity to add insight and value to customer conversations.
Take ownership of smaller accounts and help expand business within these segments.What We're Looking For:

Proven sales experience-ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or technical distribution (other sectors considered).
Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working with CRMs (Salesforce experience a plus) and Microsoft Office tools.
A self-starter who can manage their own workload while contributing to wider team success.
Background in engineering, science, or business is desirable, but not essential. Why Apply?
