About the Role

As Sales / Revenue Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the company's initial sales efforts across several sectors, you'll be working alongside the founder, and members of the GTM team as part of a high performing nimble collective, collaboratively developing and executing the foundational sales strategies to capture the huge market pull for our solutions. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and building a scalable sales framework.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Pipeline Development: Build a robust sales pipeline through targeted prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Playbook Creation: Develop and document an initial sales playbook, outlining strategies and processes.
  • Market Segmentation: Establish and refine the commercial model for various market segments.
  • ICP identification: Work hand in hand with founder to narrow down ideal customer profiles
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers within target segments
  • Sales Calls: Conduct meetings and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales opportunities using CRM tools
  • Strategy Development: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with SDRs to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience
  • 8+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience, including leadership and 0-1 activities
  • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Experience in closing deals with an average contract value (ACV) of $100k+
  • Preferred experience in legaltech, compliance and risk, insurance, or fintech sectors
  • Skills
  • Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Consultative Selling: Strong consultative sales approach with analytical and quantitative skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentation Skills: Skilled in presenting value propositions to C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial Doer: High agency and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Resilience: Experience selling pre-Product Market Fit (PMF) products and enjoys process
  • Adaptability: Thrives in the dynamic ambiguous nature of startup environments

Location:This role is fully remote, with the Founder / CEO in the UK, however, expected to overlap with UK GMT 10-4 PM offering flexibility and the ability to work from anywhere.
