Profile – Sales Manager

Our client designs and manufactures robust protection systems for defence and security sectors exporting globally.

Job Role – Sales Manager

Reporting to the Business Development Director the Sales Manager shall lead a global expansion, opening new markets, driving revenue growth and representing cutting edge solutions to customers worldwide.
The Sales Manager shall be at the forefront of a growth strategy, developing and executing winning sales campaigns, forging strong customer relationships, and delivering real impact in the defence and security sector.
Duties – Sales Manager

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets.
• Develop and implement effective Campaign and Capture Plans to win major deals.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, showcasing NP Aerospace’s capabilities to military,
• law enforcement, and key commercial partners.
• Support the broader Business Development team through opportunity tracking, reporting, and preparing high-impact briefs for stakeholders.
• Represent NP Aerospace at client sites, industry events, and global forums — including international travel to engage with key customers and end users.
Experience/Qualifications – Business Development Manager (UK, DACH)

• Degree qualified in relevant technical discipline.
• Experience working in the defence and security industries.
• Demonstrable experience of working in sales or business development function.

Candidates who are currently a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, BD Manager, Sales Specialist, Software Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Account Manager and Sales Director could be suitable for this position.
